Before you begin to fill in an application for one of the CSPN memberships, please read the document entitled: Applicaton Process CSPN below. It will guide you through the membership process. Membership levels must be attained in the order in which they are listed below. To begin each application, simply follow the relevant link.

Membership Dues & Annual Compliance Checklist

Annual membership dues of $500 are collected in order to fund the activities of the CSPN. Invoices are sent to member agencies November 1 of each year for membership November 1 through October 31 of the following year.

Upon receipt of a new Participating Membership Application, an invoice for $100 for the application fee will be sent to that agency. When CSPN receives that fee, the application will be processed by the membership committee. That agency’s dues for the remainder of the year ending Oct 31 will be prorated minus the $100 application fee so that the total for the year does not exceed $500.

Step 3: Send at least two of your members to an Investigative Team Training (check the "Upcoming Events" tab at the top for training dates).
